Valia is a new 56-storey Emaar tower of 491 apartments rising beside Dubai Square Mall at Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar’s 6 sq km waterfront masterplan with a marina, promenade, central park and Creek Beach. Homes range from one to four bedrooms, with only nine apartments per floor.
