SAMANA Collecta is the new premium brand of SAMANA Developers, launched in October 2026 with a flagship island on The World Islands valued at over AED 4 billion. The plan covers 840 branded sea-facing apartments, seven floating villas and two tree villas, with residences designed by an Italian luxury house.
