Emaar has released a limited collection of five-bedroom branded villas at Address Villas Tierra and Palace Villas Ostra, two developments within The Oasis in southeast Dubai. Tierra carries the Address Hotels + Resorts brand with natural materials, neutral interiors and its own beach, while Ostra pairs glass facades and natural stone with light-filled Palace interiors.

The Oasis is planned around waterways and parks including Oasis Lagoon, Water Stream Park and Spring Garden. Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Marina are about 15 minutes away, Dubai Hills Mall about 20 and Downtown Dubai about 25.
